“Wojtyla Cake”

I love cooking specially making desserts. It’s another way for me to be creative.

This is an special cake that I recently invented. I called it  “Wojtyla cake” since it was on Pope John Paul II beatification day that I came up with it.

If you try making it! please I would love to know how did it go. I’m all ears!

 

I recommend to have it with a Passito di Pantelleria.
